Kamala Harris: The Camel Toe of Pro-Abortion Bias

Seriously.

I realize that making fun of people because of their names is a low blow.

And, so, yes, this is a low blow.

Kamala Harris is the Attorney General of California. She wants to be the junior United States Senator from California. In fact, she's currently a candidate for that office. Here's her website.

If you explore her candidate website, you will discover that she uses the page to solicit support for Planned Parenthood. Here's a screen capture for the solicitation page:

I've left the web address bar in the screen capture so there can be no dispute over what Ms. Harris has done. 

Now, lots of people support Planned Parenthood. Why does it matter if Kamala does too?

Because Kamala is the Chief Law Enforcement Officer for the State of California. She is the Attorney General. And, as head of California's law enforcement mechanism, she has used her office to target the Center for Medical Progress and its director, David Daleiden. This week, on the strength of a search warrant obtained by the California Attorney General, police searched Daleiden's home and seized videotape recordings. Presumably, these are the recordings from which ten months of embarrassment and shame have been generated by the Center for Medical Progress to the great discomfort of Planned Parenthood.

Now, as to the Camel Toe of bias.

Some things are obvious. Way more obvious than is typically expected. One such form of obvious display has the charming moniker, "camel toe." If you don't know the phrase or its meaning, you can find it with ease on the interwebs. It suffices to say that, in a more genteel time, a more modest soul would not put on public display that which is made overly obvious in the "camel toe."

Then there is Kamala's "Camel Toe" of bias.

A government officer, the Chief Law Enforcement Officer, is expected to conduct themselves in a manner that puts out of any question the possibility of bias.

That isn't Jim's rule.

Here, for example, is what the California Courts have said on the topic:

"Held to a standard higher than that imposed on other attorneys . . . ." 

"[T]he prosecutor represents 'a sovereignty whose obligation to govern impartially is as compelling as its obligation to govern at all . . . ."

The danger that flows from bias in the exercise of the prosecutorial function is that justice will always be doubted when it is delivered via biased officers.

For this reason, for a long time, the American Bar Association has set the bar for prosecutorial discretionary decision-making at a high level:

The ABA Standards for Criminal Justice counsel against prosecutorial discretion being exercised in service of impermissible, invidiously discriminatory biases.

In the case of Kamala's Camel Toe of Prosecutorial Bias, here is a candidate for elective office who is soliciting support on her candidate website for an organization, Planned Parenthood, whose practices of disposing of aborted human baby parts has caused much of the nation to recoil in horror and several States to discontinue funding of the organization for any purpose. Clearly, Kamala is biased for Planned Parenthood. There is no other reasonable interpretation of the use of her campaign website to solicit support for the organization.

There's more than just the solicitation of support for Planned Parenthood.

There's the cash.

Harris has received "received $15,000 from five Planned Parenthood-affiliated PACS in 2014, according to ElectionTrack.com[,]" according to a news report by LifeSiteNews. You can read that report and the linked supporting documentation here.

Thus the Camel Toe of Bias, no single lobed dingle berry to stain the prosecution of Daleiden. Here the first lobe, public solicitations of support for Planned Parenthood on the candidate website of the Attorney General, lies in close proximity to the second lobe, oodles of cash lining the candidate coffer for Kamala.

Kamala ought to consider withdrawing from any prosecution of Daleiden. In fact, under typical rules of ethics, because Kamala's judgment is fairly criticized as biased, both Harris and her office should recuse themselves from further involvement in any investigation of Daleiden, or for that matter, of the actual wrong-doer, Planned Parenthood.

Instead, as is so often the case with the unwelcome and intruding Camel's nose, we are just going to be treated to the ongoing display of Kamala's Camel Toe of Bias.

As a black couple, you have been highly frustrated. Saving and scrimping, you accumulated the funds for a healthy down payment on a home.

Several neighborhoods near good schools, close enough in for commuting, but every house you try to view comes off the market after you view it. In fact, your realtor seems to be ignoring your criteria and directing you toward mixed urban areas, not as good schools, higher crime rates, but lots more black folks.

Being a naif, you suspect nothing.

After a few months of searching, your crazy, one-eighth black uncle is talking with you, and you tell him about your frustrations. You think nothing of the conversation.

Unbeknownst to you, your uncle has a suspicion that racial profiling and steering are occurring. Of course, such practices violate federal and state discrimination statutes. He can't get a government agency -- not one, from AAA to ZZZ -- to take interest and investigate.

So he takes the task on himself.

He buys lapel cams and microphones. He hires a couple of actors and actresses. He rents some vehicles. He creates a couple of identity records with varying levels of creditworthiness.

He springs his trap.

White couples with poorer credit always seem able to buy the houses.

Black couples with better credit always seem to be frustrated in their efforts.

More disturbing, he has his white test couples ask questions about racial mixing in the neighborhoods. The realtors admit that racial steering is a regular practice, and that the entire process can, in fact, be quite lucrative.

Over a 6 month period, quite to your surprise, your crazy uncle conducts a series of public press conferences and informational releases. His investigation shames agents with Superwhizbang Realty and the Bank of the Lilies.

Ultimately, your State Attorney General announces that she will be investigating Superwhizbang and the Bank of the Lilies. Both agencies are put through a regulatory wringer each time they are part of a realty transaction.

Then, one day, a press release comes out:

"Investigator Behind Video Investigation of Racist Realty Practices and Racist Lending Practice Indicted, Realtor and Bank Exonerated."

Moral

No one cares about children being murdered by abortion.

Why would they care about selling their bodies ... unless they find out the buyers supply products to Chinese restaurants?

Dear Diary,

Well, getting back from vacay is a real pain. I can't wait until Labor Day, I think I'll jet down to Miami for a weekend of golf then. Getting away from the Mooch (thank goodness she doesn't know where I hide you, Diary, or we'd both be in some serious doo doo) cannot come soon enough.

Today was a strange day. It started out really well. I got this cool letter from one of my peeps, Gavin Nore. Maybe you remember me writing about him back in the campaign days. Anyway, he wrote me to report that my support for stem cell research probably saved his life! YAY ME!!!!

Of course, I got that honky press stooge to release this on the social sites right away.

Strange thing though.

I got down to the Oval Office a little earlier than usual, like around 10:30 am. I had a couple chats with staff and a phone call or two. Then around 11, I was feeling pretty slow, so I grabbed that pitching wedge and went out to the Rose Garden to practice my short game for a while.

When I got done, like around 1 pm, I came back in to the Oval Office and there was another letter on my desk. I figure, I'm on a roll, so why not see what other fan mail is waiting for me. You won't believe this letter when you read it. After I cooled down, I called my Chief of Staff and demanded they find out who put the letter on my desk.

Weird thing. On the tape, there's this flash of light, and then the letter is just there. I think someone shone a laser pen into the surveillance lens to blind it while they did their little practical joke. Anyway, the original is being tested at the FBI, they did a quick fingerprint check, and even though there are prints on the letter, the agent stated that the prints were even smaller than a newborn baby's prints, and no prints in the database match it. Really kind of spooky. Plus, when you read the letter, you'll see why it kind of freaked me out. Here it is:

Planned Parenthood Doc: When the Remains are not so "War Torn"

The Center for Medical Progress has released the fourth video in its series exposing the ghoulish activities of the Planned Parenthood Body Parts business.

For the squeamish, you may prefer not to watch the video linked above. For everyone that pays taxes, you should watch the video.

When White House Press Secretary Josh Earnest says that CMP's videos are selectively edited, he doesn't clarify whether he means "edited" in the same way as Planned Parenthood technicians "edit" the body of a little boy whose parts are up for grabs in the video.

The whole video -- hard to watch -- tells the story that should defund Planned Parenthood, that should produce changes in federal law on organ and tissue donation and fetal experimentation.

What I've done below, with some screen grabs, is to provide seriously disturbing excerpts. Read on, and weep:

First of all, the Planned Parenthood representative acknowledges that they get complete fetal remains when a mother delivers before PP can see them "for a procedure."

Remember that. Intact.

 Dr. Ginde allows the visitors to watch as the aborted remains of a murdered child are picked apart by the staff ghoul.

 Well, well, "It's a baby."

Hmmmmm. A baby?

How did a baby get mixed up in with these "products of conception?"

The ghoul picks out the dead child's heart.

Wait.

Since when do these abortions take place after there's a heart? 

 Dr. Ginde likes the idea of pricing things "per item" rather than by the complete remains.

Apparently the whole is not equal to the sum of the parts on sale.

 Dr. Ginde also wants us to know that these children are good sized, and their remains can be removed by hand from the medical devices.

 As it turns out, being able to remove them by hand is an important financial consideration, as the remains are not so "war torn."

And speaking of war, it sounds like even Planned Parenthood knows that its conducting a war on the unborn child.

What a lucky day!

A stomach!

A kidney!

A heart! 

And, then, well, what would they have found to discover that this dead child is "another boy."

As in, not the first boy that day?

More than Just Videos: Exposing the Ghouls at Planned Parenthood

The news broke three weeks ago, with video footage accompanying, that Planned Parenthood sells organs and body parts recovered from abortions that it performs. Last work, the bizarre story took a further, ghoulish turn when a Planned Parenthood official expressed her goal of funding the purchase of a Lamborghini from the sales of fetal remains. That official also discussed the possibility of using "less crunchy" methods of abortion so that viable tissue remains following abortions that, under usual methods, would not result in usable materials.

Among the hard and fast responses from Planned Parenthood is that there is no "profit" in the activity of tissue harvesting. Here are some indications that those that procure tissues are providing payments over and above "shipping and handling" costs:

There is that ghoulish moment in the second video when the possibility of employing a "less crunchy" abortion method, in order to procure intact "tissues" is discussed. I guess PP in Mar Monte will have to consider updating their forms.

And, lest you be left with the impression that this harvesting of tissue is something new to Planned Parenthood, the 2000-2001 Planned Parenthood Federation of America Annual Report describes new initiatives including "fetal tissue donation."
